DELIVERY OF ITEMS

  • Goods are delivered on the territory of Republic of Latvia. The Buyer chooses the most appropriate delivery method during the execution of the order, which determines the price and time of delivery. The exact delivery time depends on the chosen delivery method and ordered Goods.
  • Delivery by courier service: When ordering Goods from Monday to Friday until 16:30, the Goods are delivered to the specified address on the next business day. If the amount of the shopping cart is less than the delivery price of EUR 50,00 with VAT, the delivered price shall be EUR 4,44 with VAT.
  • Receipt of good tin the warehouse of Officeday. Goods can be received in Liepu aleja 4, Rāmava, Ķekavas pag., Ķekavas nov., LV-2111. Goods can be received in Officeday warehouse form Monday to Friday between 9:30 and 16:00. The Buyer has to inform client manager or client service beforehand, providing the plate number of the car.
  • The Buyer, when ordering the Goods, undertakes to indicate the exact delivery address of the Goods.
  • The Buyer undertakes to accept the Goods himself. In the event that he cannot accept the Goods himself, and the Goods are delivered at the indicated address and on the basis of other data provided by the Buyer, the Buyer is not entitled to express any claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the Goods to the unfit entity.
  • The Buyer understands and agrees that, in exceptional cases, delivery of the Goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to immediately contact the Buyer and coordinate delivery of the items.
  • At the time of delivery the Buyer must check the condition of the shipment with the Seller or his authorized representative. Upon signature by the Buyer on the invoice (consignment note) or in another transfer and acceptance document, the consignment is considered to be in a satisfactory condition. Having noticed that the package of the delivered item is damaged (wrinkled, wet or otherwise externally damaged), the Buyer must indicate this on the invoice (bill of lading) or in another transfer letter-acceptance document and, in the presence of the Seller or his representative, to draw up a report consignment damage in the free-form.
  • If the Buyer fails to do so, the Seller is exempted from liability to the Buyer for the damage of the Goods, if such damage was caused by packaging damage resulting from the transportation of the item (s) not specified by the Buyer in accordance with the above procedure.
  • In the event that the Buyer, on the basis of these Rules, withdraws from the contract of sale and purchase (if the Goods are not defective or damaged during transportation), he is liable for payment of all direct costs of returning the Goods to the Seller.

PURCHASE AND DELIVERY OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

  • Alcoholic beverages are sold only to persons above the age of 18. If alcoholic beverages are included in order, the Buyer has to verify his/her age.
  • Delivery of orders with alcoholic beverages are made from 8:00 to 22:00.
  • Such orders can be receive only persons above the age of 18. At the time of the delivery, the receiver has to present identity document (passport of identity card). If such document is not presented, alcoholic beverages will not be handed over to the Buyer.
  • The Seller certify that it is entitled to sell alcoholic beverages according to Special permit (license) for the retail sale of alcoholic beverages with serial number MT 00000006432.
