We recently held the Officeday customer day, which took place in the cozy studio premises of Promo Cash&Carry Gastro.
During the event, we emphasized the concept of sustainable business, introduced the implementation of various modern solutions for the well-being of employees in the office, clients could participate in a quiz where prizes from Officeday were played, feast on delicious snacks and draw inspiration from the stories of the invited guests.
One of the guests of the event was organizational and work psychologist, career consultant Elīna Bulāne, who outlined topics related to employees' empathy, emotional intelligence, awareness of emotions and the role of a leader in a team.
The activities of the event were taken care of by TV personality, STAR FM DJ Baiba Sipeniece-Gavare, who also shared her personal experience about how important it is to create a modern team in the company, because, as she mentioned: "Life is too short to go to a job that is not pleasant.”
